Sew N Grow empowers youth to become confident creators, strategic thinkers, workforce‑ready leaders, or business owners by immersing them in real micro‑organizations that build entrepreneurial skill, professional discipline, and career opportunity. By trade we specialize in three industries; fashion business, technology, and sales. Through hands‑on career skills, departmental roles, accountability, and investor‑backed project development, we equip students with the creativity, leadership, and industry exposure needed to thrive in today’s economy and shape the future of their communities.

Who We Support

Sew N Grow partners with high schools, colleges, and youth programs to teach essential career development skills while immersing students in real micro‑organizations that build creativity, leadership, and workforce readiness. Our sewing courses, led by instructors with over 40 years of combined experience, give students a hands‑on win that requires patience, focus, and craftsmanship. From there, youth advance into career essentials—Business Acumen, Finance, Sales, Technology, and Marketing—applying their creativity to apparel projects, business planning, and investor‑backed development. We provide students with direct insight into career networking, internships, mentorships, and employment pathways. Sewing becomes both the craft and the catalyst, empowering youth to understand how products are made, how businesses operate, and put them in environments to use their ideas to help shape the future of their communities.

How you can help!

Donate — Your financial support fuels sewing courses, career‑readiness workshops, instructor hours, and the investor‑backed projects students develop. Donations directly expand access for youth who need hands‑on skills, mentorship, and workforce pathways.

Become a Partner or Sponsor — Organizations can support cohorts through mentorship, industry panels, internship placements, or sponsoring student marketing budgets. Partners help create real workforce pipelines and give youth direct exposure to professional environments.
