            Here at Three Scooops Clothing our customers will receive the best online shopping experience. To ensure this we have set high standards that will perfect our service, communitcation, and distribution.

 

Shipping Policy:

  • We ship to customers nationaly and internationaly!
  • Items will be shipped in 7-10 business days, not including holidays.
  • International shipping may take longer than 7-10 business days to be shipped.
  • All merchandise will be shipped via USPS
  • We will only ship to the address that is provided at the checkout.

 

Return Policy:

  • Items eligible for exchange or returns must be returned in perfect, new condition with all original tags attached.
  • Exchanges or returns are only acceptable within 3 days of delivery date
  • Three Scooops will ONLY issue a STORE CREDIT
  • Exchanges will ONLY be made for the correct item & size of the product in question.
  • Please email ThreeScooops@gmail.com with a photo and description for the return/exchange.
  • In the event that we do not have an available replacement for the item returned, a STORE CREDIT notification will be issued.
  • If item(s) are returned worn, not in new condition, or without orginial tags, the product will be shipped back to the customer without a store credit.

 

Privacy:

  • We will NEVER sell any personal information that is provided by our customers.
  • If agreed by customer, Three Scooops Clothing will email newsletters, promotions, and upcoming events.

 

Terms of Use:

  • We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
