             Here at Three Scooops Fashion House our customers will receive the best online shopping experience. To ensure this, we have set high standards for our customer service, communication, and distribution.

 Shipping Policy:

  • We ship to customers nationally!
  • Items will be shipped within 24 hours, not including weekends or holidays. 
  • All merchandise will be delivered in 1-4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. 
  • We will only ship to the address that is provided at the checkout.

Return Policy:

  • Exchanges or returns are acceptable within 20 days of the merchandise delivery date. 
  • Items eligible for exchanges or returns must be returned in new condition, unworn, with all original tags attached.
  • Email 3SC@threescooops.com to receive your return shipping label.
  • Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will issue an exchange or full refund.
